June 2026: Recap & Integration Letter
Here's everything we covered inside Club 12 in the month of June 2026—and what you can expect to see in July.
2026 Calendar • Challenges • Workshops • Masterclasses
Imagine your life is a game in which you’re juggling two balls: One is labeled “WORK” and the other is labeled “HEALTH". Your work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it’ll bounce back.
But your health is a glass ball… If you drop that, it might shatter completely—and your road to recovery will be long and hard.
In other words: don’t drop the ball on your health at the expense of your work—or you won’t be able to bounce back from either.
Your health, your personal life, and your success at work are all intertwined with one another. They depend on each other to survive and thrive.
When you’re healthy and strong, everything rises…
Your energy, relationships, home-life, career, and your general vitality for life - they’re all enhanced when you’ve got your health in check.
But when you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.
And that’s why it’s one of my 12 pillars of personal development.
See below for links to everything we covered inside Club 12 during Health + Wellness month.
Here’s everything we covered in June
Week 1.
Live Training: The Health Habits of High Performers
We kicked off the month with a live training about the 6 health habits of high performers, which are:
Deep sleep. They understand that sleep directly impacts decision-making, emotional regulation, and memory. (FYI: Just two nights of poor sleep can make your brain and body feel more than 4 years older than your actual chronological age.)
Key takeaway: Get 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night.
Movement + exercise. High performers understand that motion creates emotion, and physical activation triggers immediate cognitive benefits, including enhanced focus and reduced cortisol.
Key takeaway: Get on a consistent workout schedule.
View food as fuel. Instead of chasing quick fixes like sugar spikes or excessive caffeine—which lead to inevitable executive function crashes—high performers view food strictly as fuel for the brain and body.
Key takeaway: Prioritize whole, nutrient-dense foods that keep your blood sugar stable.
Master the morning. High performers understand that how you start the day sets the tone for whether you have a successful one, or a chaotic one.
Key takeaway: If you want to make high performance a baseline for yourself, get into the habit of building a predictable morning ritual.
Learn to reset. High performers understand how to reset their emotions quickly. They don’t let a hard conversation with their spouse bleed into a key meeting at work. They use the moments in between to reset their emotions—rather than ruminate over them.
Key takeaway: Use the 90-second rule to reset your emotions quickly. When you experience something that leads to a negative emotion, resist the urge to react… Instead, close your eyes and breathe deeply for 60-90 seconds. By the time you’re done, you’ll realize that the majority of the emotional charge has faded away.
Manage energy, not just time. You can’t optimize what you don’t measure. High performers treat their bodies like a well-tuned machine, tracking how different inputs affect their cognitive output.
Key takeaway: Identify your peak performance period (PPP). Your PPP is the 3-5 window of time during which you’ve got the most energy, focus, and willpower—it’s when your brain and body are naturally at their sharpest. My recommendation: schedule your most important work around your PPP.
Week 2.
The 4 Components of a Healthy Morning Routine
In week 2, I dropped a post about the four core components of a healthy morning routine, which you can read below.
Weeks 3-4.
The 80/20 Health Habits Series
In week 3, we kicked off the Club 12 80/20 Health Habits Series, In this seven-part series, I covered the seven highest-leverage actions you can take to optimize your health — so you can perform at your peak at home, at work, and everywhere in between.
In each installment of the series, I gave you a simple move to implement for a disproportionate payoff on your health, energy, and well-being.

Week 4.
Masterclass: The Antifragile Nervous System
Antifragility is a term coined by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, the author of one of my favorite books, Antifragile.
If being resilient is about bouncing back, being antifragile is about bouncing back even better than before…
For example: think about the Hydra from Greek mythology. If you cut off a Hydra’s head, two more grow in its place. Cut those, and even more grow. The more damage it takes, the stronger it gets.
That’s what being antifragile is about.
And here’s how it applies to your nervous system:
The goal is to become a person who recovers, responds, and grows stronger from the daily stressors that we all experience. That’s why I call it The Antifragile Nervous System.
I designed this quick masterclass as a place for you to go anytime you experience something that dysregulates your nervous system—arguments, criticism, traffic, overwhelm, negative thoughts, etc…
When one of these stressors begins to bubble-up inside your brain and body, it can have the power to throw off your entire day.
Instead of letting that happen, this program will give you quick actions you can take to not just regulate, but come back better than before.
Each lesson in this masterclass will cover one common nervous system disruptor, and how to tackle it quickly.

Here’s what we’re covering in July
This July inside Club 12, we’re focusing on the seventh pillar of personal development, which is: Communication.
I’ll tell you straight up: learning to communicate well is the single most powerful skill I’ve ever developed. You wouldn’t be reading this if I hadn’t.
This month, I’ll share some of my most potent and actionable ideas—all aimed at helping you communicate with maximum impact and effectiveness.
Throughout the month, you’ll learn about:
The art of public speaking and how to deliver a speech that motivates and inspires
How to navigate high stakes conversations (like emotionally-charged disagreements at work and at home)
How to communicate with confidence (written, in-person, and on video)
How to persuade and inspire action in others
And much, much more…
Club 12 members, keep an eye on the agenda page—which will be updated with details about this month’s live training workshop, challenge, and masterclass.
Get ready for an incredible month ahead.
Be your best,
Dean Bokhari
Founder, Club 12
Quick note about our training modalities:

Monthly Challenges are designed to help you implement our pillar of the month.
Masterclasses (on-demand courses) are designed to help you master the monthly pillar. If you want to go deep, these are for you.
Yes—I love using emdashes. But I don’t use AI to write, so please excuse any errors—I’m human just like you.
