Thought is energy.
I don’t mean that in a mystical way, I mean it in a very literal sense.
Every time you have a thought, you generate an electrical impulse of energy that causes billions of neurons to fire off in complex, coordinated networks inside your brain.
These electrical impulses can be either negative/unhelpful or positive/constructive.
In addition to that, your mind operates in two modes:
Conscious mode, which deals with things like reasoning and decision-making.
Subconscious mode, which deals with inward functions, like: breathing, your heartbeat, instinct. It also plays a role in shaping our habits.
